Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026

KnowEdge Publishing is operated by Knowedge Business Development Services Ltd (“we”, “us”) — reach us at info@knowedgepublishing.com. By creating an account or making a purchase on KnowEdge Publishing, you agree to these terms.

Accounts. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person.

Purchases and access. Buying a book grants you a permanent, personal, non-transferable licence to read that title on KnowEdge Publishing — see the Ebook Licence for the full terms. A membership grants access to the eligible catalogue for as long as your subscription is active. Neither may be resold, shared, or used to provide access to others.

Paperback orders. Paperbacks are printed on demand and shipped to the address you provide — see Shipping & Delivery. Once a print order has been submitted for production, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.

Founders 1000. Governed additionally by the specific terms on the Founders 1000 page.

Acceptable use. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or circumvent access controls on any content, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

Content and pricing. We control our own catalogue, pricing, and presentation, and may change prices for future purchases or memberships at any time. Prices you’ve already paid are not affected retroactively.

Disclaimer and liability. The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, KnowEdge Publishing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your name and email when you register; a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password); shipping address, phone number and email if you order a paperback; and records of what you’ve purchased or subscribed to.

Payment data. We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave, and print orders are fulfilled by Lulu Press — each receives only the information necessary to process your transaction or shipment.

Cookies. We use a single essential, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use your data. To provide your purchases and account access, fulfil paperback orders, communicate with you about your account or orders, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention. We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and financial obligations.

Your rights. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account any time from your account page. Admin and author accounts (which carry contracts and financial records) are closed by request instead — email support@knowedgepublishing.com.

Refund Policy

Last updated 25 August 2026

Ebooks. Because digital content is delivered instantly and permanently, purchases are generally final once you’ve accessed the title. If you believe you were charged in error, or the file is genuinely defective, contact support@knowedgepublishing.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll review it.

Memberships. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t provide partial-period refunds.

Paperbacks. The book itself has no retail value once it enters print production. A replacement is provided free of charge only for a verified production defect or a confirmed courier loss — otherwise, once submitted for printing, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded. See Shipping & Delivery for delivery timing.

Founders 1000. Non-refundable except as stated on the Founders 1000 page and required by applicable law.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on the site, please tell us at support@knowedgepublishing.com — we want to know, and we’ll do our best to address it.
